A&L Management Eesti AS is an international consulting company. We have operated on the Estonian market since 1992, we have grown with the business environment and studied it constantly.

International dimension was added in 1996 when the company was united with finnish A&L Management Oy. In 2001 A&L Management, Grey Interactive and CGI Finland merged to Eera.

Today A&L Management Eesti AS is a subsidiary of Eera in Estonia. Eera has strong partnership and co-operation relations with Grey Group. Our clients have the potential to use the global possibilities of Grey Group with its 450 employees and of Grey Worldwide.

Through internationalization we have received and converted into Estonian circumstances the most modern methodical materials to support businesses and public sector institutions in their development towards greater market suitability and optimization of operational processes in order to create (international) competitive advantages.
